Start the Weekend Early!
Arrive a day early and take on a killer climb at Friday's Jasper Highlands Hill Climb on the south end of Sequatchie Valley! Or skip the climb and just join us for the spectator party at the top presented by Tower Community Bank. We'll have prizes for those brave enough to do the climb, and food & beer for spectators & participants alike at the Top of the Rock restaurant & brewery. Festivities kick off at 2:00 p.m. Friday October 1st.
The Top of the Rock restaurant and brewery is perched on the cliff's edge at the top of our hill climb, making it the perfect spot for participants to take in the action and cheer on the riders, with an amazing pedestrian bridge above the finish line! So plan to join us for food & beer (and breathtaking views!) even if you skip the hill climb. Entry to the spectator party is only $5 if you buy your ticket online! ($10 in person at the door.) The party will run from 2:00-5:00 but you're certainly welcome to hang out at Top of the Rock as long as you'd like!
PARKING & SHUTTLES
Parking for participants and spectators is at the top of the climb. Click here for a map showing where to park.
After checking in at Pat's Summit, climb participants and their bikes will be shuttled down to the bottom of the climb and queued up at the start line. (Of course, you can opt to ride down if you prefer!)
By parking at the top of the climb rather than the bottom, participants will be able to enjoy the post-ride party without having to worry about descending the hill by bike. Once you're at the top, hang out as long as you want! Plus you'll be able to warm-up the legs on the smooth, low-traffic roads of the Jasper Highlands community.
You can sign up for the hill climb entry fee and add spectator party tickets on the main Cycle Sequatchie registration page. (If you just want to buy spectator party tickets, use the form below.)
Check-in for participating in the climb is at Pat's Summit located at 1585 Pat Summitt, Jasper, TN 37347. The riders won't start until 2:00 p.m. but packet pick-up for the hill climb challenge will begin at 1:30 p.m. (central time) Friday, October 1st.
